Today marks the 30th anniversary of when Broetje Orchards opened it's doors of it's first packing line. This opportunity not only created more jobs but also marked when Broetje Orchards became a vertically integrated company

This Fall, Broetje Orchards is proud to announce some new innovations coming to our production line. We are near the completion of a third packing facility. Some of the key features of this new line will be: enhanced lighting, clean-room

Summer is here and we are in the middle of picking cherries and summer apple thinning. In the midst of all the hard work and long hours, we want to recognize those who are promoting an injury free workplace.

Cherry season is just a few weeks away and Broetje Orchards is gearing up to harvest this crucial "first fruits” of the season.  We face a number of challenges each year to the growth and health of cherries, particularly weather

We are a little under a month into Spring and the Trees are starting to wake up. That means a lot of moving parts will start to be in motion. The Cherry Blossoms are in full force this past week and we have brought in one of nature's hardest worker to help us.

Spring is here and that means our trees will be waking up from their dormant state. It takes a lot of teamwork to help take care of trees. Like many places, we often become caught up in the work and don’t always acknowledge good works of others.

Happy New Year! Winter has arrived and like everyone in the Northwest it hasn't been too kind.  The past two months has been filled with freezing nights and temperatures during the day at an average of 12-15 degrees. We also have been hit with quite a bit of snow as you can see from the photo above.
