FirstFruits Scholars Program

09 Apr FirstFruits Scholars Program

FirstFruits offers a scholarship opportunity to children of FirstFruits employees that meet certain criteria. We are so excited to share the story of Jose Iglesias. Jose is currently attending Columbia Basin College and plans on transferring to Washington State University to major in Tree Fruit Management with a minor in Horticulture.

The 2020 scholarship deadline is on April 13th. We encourage eligible students to apply this weekend while “staying home & staying safe”, as ordered by Washington State governor Jay Inslee. For more information, please contact Lupe Broetje at guadalupeb@vhfoundation.org.

We hope to see more “FirstFruits” children (high school graduates or college students) apply for this opportunity.
