We are a little under a month into Spring and the Trees are starting to wake up. That means a lot of moving parts will start to be in motion. The Cherry Blossoms are in full force this past week and we have brought in one of nature's hardest worker to help us.
Spring is here and that means our trees will be waking up from their dormant state. It takes a lot of teamwork to help take care of trees. Like many places, we often become caught up in the work and don’t always acknowledge good works of others.
From planting and taking care of the trees to packing the fruit and selling the fruit, a lot of team work goes into our work. On March 17th, Broetje Orchards held it's 3rd annual manager's retreat. It did not disappoint.
