- 4 slices sandwich bread
- 2 tablespoons butter, room temp
- 4 ounces brie cheese, sliced and room temp
- 1 First Fruits Granny Smith Apple, thinly sliced
- 6-8 slices roasted turkey breast
Preheat a panini press, grill pan, or skillet. Spread the softened butter on one side of the pieces of sandwich bread.
Start building the sandwich by placing 3-4 slices of the turkey on one piece of the bread, followed by al ayer of the brie slices. Top the brie with 4-5 apple slices and place a piece of bread on top with the buttered side facing up. If you are using a panini press, place the sandwich on and press for 4-5 minutes. If using a grill pan or skillet, place the sandwich on the pan and press down with a spatula.
Cook for 2 minutes, then flip and repeat the process on the other side. Cook until there are golden brown grill marks and the brie is nicely melted.
Slice each sandwich in half and secure each half with a toothpick. Serve immediately.
